Very helpful, booked a double room by mistake and asked if i could change to a room with 2 single beds which they accommodated, great service would stay again.

The room was good by beds and showering good were acceptable but the only bad thing there was not a kettle for teas or coffees in the room. You have to go downstairs and pay £2 per drink you wish to purchase. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful

Let us check-in early which was good. Room wasnt super clean around edges of the floor. For £130 I'd want it cleaner. Couldnt get plug out of sink. Would be worth 50 quid a night but they hiked the price up due to Tramlines Festival in the area.
