This was our second year staying at this home. Like the first, it was a wonderful. This is a large, beautiful home in a great location with beach access directly across the street. I would recommend this home to other families looking to stay in this area. Garden City Realty is great to work with and the beach gear bonus that comes with it is a plus.

The house was nice and clean, we have rented with Garden City Realty for the past several years, this year we rented a different house, washer did not work and if we wanted to know the status we had to keep calling and did not want to be a bother but we had things we wanted to wash but were never able to use the washer and after a few days nobody showed up or called, we could use the laundromat but who wants to do that on vacation.

Reviewer Comments:
The house was absolutely beautiful and the pool was a great addition for the kids. The property was super clean and in a great location. The only issue that we had was an ant infestation on the property. There were thousands of ants around the pool deck and in the kitchen. We had to put our food in the fridge to keep it from getting ants in it. The ants even found their way into in fridge too! We called and reports but it took a day and a half for the exterminator to come out and even then, he only went to the pool. We had to call and get them to come back to handle the kitchen. I bought some ant spray myself to use in the kitchen, but I shouldn’t have had to do that. If the professional exterminators were that delayed, maintenance should have come out with a can of spray to help while we waited. Other than that, we had no issues.

Our 2023 vacation at Isabelle's Seacret was wonderful. The house is beautiful and very spacious. We had 10 people and never felt like we were on top of each other. Loved having the additional cooler in the dining room to store drinks which saved space in the refrigerator. The elevator was a plus with luggage and coolers. The pool area is so nice and private with plenty of seating for everyone. The speakers didn't work but that was no problem. The king size bed upstairs could use a new mattress as it was a bit uncomfortable. The location is perfect. Directly across the street from the beach entrance and the mini mart store was great for picking up ice and drinks. One of the nicest places we have stayed and will likely be back again. Highly recommend the house and Garden City Realty. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Positives•Very roomy, great storage space•Great laundry room•Wonderfully spacious kitchen•Very bright and light throughout which was great•Good furniture on all patios•Pool on the small side but well kept, enjoyed it very much•Pool area nicely landscaped with plenty of seating•Was happily surprised to find out that there was a handicap shower on the third floor. Would suggest marketing that. Came in very handy as we had someone with a broken foot.•Would also suggest putting a safety bar beside the toilet in that bathroom to assist anyone with handicap issues with rising from the toilet•Master bath great. Do suggest a grab bar in the shower. The one by the toilet was wonderfully helpful Issues•Elevator - wasn't working properly, Sunday night we called for maintenance and they came right away and got it semi-operational; then the next day an elevator repairman was sent and fixed the issues•Ice maker- only making very small amounts of ice, sent an email Sunday night, received an email Monday stating that they would be looking into the issue maintenance came on Wednesday and then said they'd have to send refrigeration repair people. They were not scheduled to come until Friday. A new part needed to be ordered so hopefully will be repaired for next guests.•Outdoor toilet had not been cleaned but once we called someone was sent over immediately to clean it•Would be great if the outdoor furniture got wiped down with the cleaning, but I do recognize that there is a limited amount of time for a lot of cleaning when turning over between renters•Location is by so many hotels and condos that even having close beach access was not helpful. There were so many people on the beach that it was impossible to find a spot. This necessitated driving to a beach access in order to enjoy the beach.
