Welcome to our serene retreat! Located in a tranquil neighborhood, our luxurious home offers a spacious layout perfect for families or groups. With 5 comfortable bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms, 10 people can relax and recharge in style.

Our home is conveniently close to local attractions (adjacent to Memphis Country Club, 10 mins to the Zoo), shopping centers, and a variety of dining spots. Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet) via keypad entry

Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation in the area
Other Things to Note:
Primary Guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.
Dogs are allowed for $125 per stay- No cats allowed. You must let us know ahead of time if you plan on bringing a dog. Up to 2 dogs max
Please note there are 3 exterior security cameras- on each side of the house and at the back door for security purposes
Absolutely no smoking- there are sensors inside and outside the house that monitor noise decibels (does not record) and smoke levels. Grounds for termination if we receive an alert on the device.
Absolutely no parties- Quiet hours 10pm-8am
We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled.
Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
-Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.
