Unwind in this charming four-bedroom, three full and two half-bath beach house, ideally situated in Surf City on Topsail Island, North Carolina. Just one row back from the beach, our home offers stunning views of both the beach and the intracoastal waterway, with beach access merely a minute's walk down the street. While we're conveniently distanced from the town center to ensure tranquility, the heart of Surf City's dining, shopping, and amenities is only a short two-minute drive away.

The home features a generous yet cozy living area with captivating ocean views, an expansive dining space that comfortably seats ten, and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and counter space. Each room provides access to a deck, perfect for enjoying ocean sunrises or intracoastal sunsets. Spanning four levels, our home includes an elevator servicing all floors, simplifying the task of loading and unloading vehicles. A two-car garage complete with an air hockey table plus half bath leads to a spacious four-car driveway. Additional conveniences include an outdoor shower, keyless entry doors, and a house stocked with beach essentials like towels, chairs, and toys, plus a high chair and a pack-n-play for young guests. This is a wonderful property. It was spotless when we arrived. The host was so responsive before and during checkin. Great spaces for our three generations (10 of us). And the views and breezes from the deck over the ocean are amazing, and there is such easy access to the beach. It's a great home!

We love this house and hope to stay again next year. It’s spacious and nice that the master is upstairs away from everything. Love the layout. Perfect location from beach access and great views! We loved sitting out on the balcony every morning and night. House is stocked - paper towels, toilet paper, spices. Plenty of cookware and kitchen items. Owner very helpful and responsive!

I fell in love with it. The elevator was a must since we had someone with a disability. We had everything we needed, well stocked. Karen was a wonderful host. She made sure after the transfer of ownership we had everything right. Loved the few steps to the beach and the balconies. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect for 2 families or family with grandparents with 2 master suites. The beach access was close and easy to navigate with a ton of children items! The house was clean and the view of the ocean was ideal. The outdoor shower was nice and clean, only wish there was an easier way to navigate to it outside the house so not to track sand through the garage. The elevator was perfect for loading and unloading! The host was very quick and responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

This property has everything we needed for a two family weekend escape to the beach. The owner was great about communicating with us and even left us a welcome gift. The weather was perfect, the ocean views from every floor were ideal. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

We were very happy with this beach home. It was very clean and was extremely well stocked. Caitlyn was the perfect hostess and always quick to respond to any questions. We celebrated our daughter's 30th birthday and it was perfect! We will plan on returning here when we take our next beach trip.

This is the second year we've stayed at Caitlin's place. We enjoyed it even more than last year. Caitlin does a great job maintaining the property and making guests feel welcome. It's just a really nice place to convene and enjoy the family being together. We'll look to stay again.

This home didn’t not disappoint in any way! Floor plan was great, it was beyond clean, and has anything you could dream you would need. Steps to the ocean, great views, and a nice back yard. Oh- and Caitlin was amazing and so welcoming! Responds quickly and helps out in any way! We will definitely book this home again!

We have been coming to Topsail for 8 years and this was the best house we have stayed at so far. The owner, Caitlin, was phenomenal. Great communication. The house was spotless. The host was very accommodating and responsive. The house was clean and VERY well stocked. There were chairs and umbrellas that we were allowed to use, these were very high quality. The walk to the beach was quick and easy and the location to restaurants was convenient. We will definitely book this home again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Caitlin's beach home. The house was beautiful and the kitchen was very well stocked. We didn't have to bring anything with us, including beach towels and chairs. The location to the beach was less than a 3 minute walk, which is nice when you have younger ones. Caitlin was so thoughtful and made sure we we enjoyed our trip. We look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful home, very thoughtfully set up and very comfortable. We loved being able to see the ocean from the front deck, although the traffic noise was irritating. The property allows pets but not on the furniture which detracts from relaxation when your dog is accustomed to being allowed on furniture and doesn't understand the new rules.

We really enjoyed our stay at EmOceanal Rescue! The owner was easy to communicate with and was responsive. The house had a very well stocked kitchen with all the tools and pans to cook what we wanted to. There is a grill too, although that is getting a little old. The beds were all very comfortable and the layout was excellent. The parents enjoyed time in the kitchen/dining area while the teenagers made great use of the garage area for games, especially on the rainy day. It is a short walk to the beach and the views from the house were excellent. All in all it was great place to stay, our favorite so far in our numerous visits to Topsail. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I came down as Hurricane Ian was passing by and that made for quite the adventure. Caitlin made sure to drop off a case of water, flashlights, and batteries just in case but everything was fine and we never lost power. The extensive board game collection and air hockey table had us up playing into the night with our competitive nature. This house really has it all and is the perfect getaway with the best host!

We love this location. My family enjoys the the location and the space in the house. The addition of the air hockey/ping pong table was a big hit with my sons. Catlin is very easy to communicate with and supplies great bagels and coffee. We will be back .

We had a great stay! The location was great as it was close to Surf City restaurants/stores and the beach access was really close as well. The water views and porches were very nice and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped for any cooking you need to do and everything was fresh and clean. The elevator was a life saver for getting our stuff up the multiple floors! The yard was perfect for taking our two dogs out on a leash. Caitlin was also super helpful and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend for any small groups or families!

This was simply a perfect VRBO experience. The house - This is clearly a house where the host spends a lot of time. It had everything (and more!) that we would have wanted, but just the basics that you find at rental places. For example: well stocked kitchen (spices, cooking supplies, plastic storage containers, blender, bbq materials…), USB chargers by the bed, so many beach towels and beach stuff, dog bed and bowl, toys and games - the list goes on. The house is as described/pictured. It is beautifully decorated with care in very beach style. The location: Great location with easy beach access two houses down. The beach was not crowded at all (plenty of space to set up tent and spread out) with perfect sand and waves for kids. The road noise was not bad and did not bother us. The porches on front and back are very high, affording a view of the beach and bay. The host: Caitlin could not have been better. She was very responsive and we had all the info we needed. We really appreciated the bagels and cream cheese and coffee she left when we checked in (early!) You will not regret booking this house!

This was the perfect house for our beach vacation with friends! The house was very clean and very well stocked. It had everything we needed! There was plenty of room to play games and hang out as a group and lots of bed options. The house is very close to a beach access which was very convenient! Our vacation was a combination of family. We became first time grandparents in May and our kids live in NC, so our family vacation became a “meet baby”.Our DIL’s parents and family joined us, as well. This home had it all for all ages from new coloring books to a pool/ping pong table and other games in the bottom floor. The kitchen was well stocked for times when we wanted to cook up some “fish of the day” or make a large breakfast. There was so much room and beds for all. This home was absolutely perfect along with Caitlin who was so responsive to any requests. Bonus we had great views while getting our baby snuggles and the beach was so close for our outings. This home is beautifully decorated and so well thought out for families of all ages. We loved our stay!

This house was perfect! I have never stayed in a rental house any cleaner than this one. Everything was thought about in the home for all ages. If you have small children I highly recommend as well. The location to the beach was great. Caitlin was an excellent to communicate with and made everything simple. We hope to stay here again soon!

Wonderful home! Caitlin made the process completely seamless from start to finish. The home was very clean, and the location could not be beat. It was well stocked with many thoughtful extras…even extra propane for the grill! The rooms were spacious with beautiful views. We were able to watch fireworks rights from the balcony. Definitely hope to stay again!

We had a GREAT time at this beautiful house. It is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. There were fresh bagels and coffee waiting for us upon our arrival. Communication with the host was seamless and easy. The house is one street removed from the beach, but it is actually better than if it were on the water, because it affords more privacy. Beach towels and toys were abundant at the house. We really loved it and cannot wait to book a return trip.
