Walk downtown and to the lake from this modernized farmhouse
Beautifully decorated historic farmhouse with walkable access to downtown Bridgton's restaurants, cafes, bars, music festivals, antique shops and hiking trails. Just two blocks from Highland Lake Beach; a five minute drive to Long Lake's Gateway Marina for all your summer swimming, boating and fishing; and five minutes to the drive-in theater. In the winter, hit the slopes to ski, sled, snowshoe and skate at Pleasant Mountain just 10 minutes up the road, or a quick 45 minute jaunt to the sprawling slopes of Sunday Rover. Within an hour of culture hub, Portland, Maine; as well as Naples, Sebago Lake, Fryeburg and North Conway.

Quiet and delightfully decorated two bedroom, two full bathroom upstairs apartment in an updated historic townhouse. Second bedroom includes a twin bed with an additional twin trundle. Spacious living room with sleeper sofa, TV, breakfast seating and games. Eat-in kitchen.
Guest access
Guests may park on the paved driveway (not the gravel section). Access through the front door closest to the street, and directly up the stairs.

Owners or other guests are in the downstairs unit. Quiet hours from 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. Cameras located outside on entry doors for everyone's safety. Please take care of our plumbing and only flush toilet paper - anything else (feminine products, other paper) will cause problems.

This property is quiet and clean. Location is a short walk to town beach and center. Second floor would make it difficult for some travellers. Front walk and lawn over run with weeds was off-putting on our first impression. Bathrooms were clean and good linens, but doors either stuck or did not shut completely. This property was fine for a short stay, but wouldn't stay for a long period. wouldn't Wa

Came up for forth of July. Needed extra space our family’s camp was over crowded with family. This was a perfect spot to sleep at. I was able to walk down to the race four in the fourth and east walk to coffe in the morning. I love the town.
