All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Ski shuttle details: Styles Brook is on the "Green Line" resort shuttle which takes residents to the Stratton ski resort base weekends and holidays. The bus picks up passengers on Styles Branch Road, (which is the main road running through the community). The current schedule says that the first shuttle leaves that spot at 7:19 am and from there it runs every half hour until 12:19pm, which is the last shuttle to the resort.
The return shuttle would be any shuttle on this route during those hours (every 30 minutes). There is a break from 12:30 - 1:00. Starting at 1:00 the shuttle will depart Skier Drop-off every 10 minutes - with the last run departing at 5pm.

I loved the cleaning of the house and the neighborhood. I recommend it

Beautiful condo. However, we were looking forward to the nice pool that was advertised. Unfortunately somehow the fact it was under construction was not updated when we booked our 4 day stay. The unit had no air conditioning and with the heat wave, and no pool to cool off, really made the unit uncomfortable to stay. My fault for missing the small ribs which does State no a/c. Stupid of me to assume a modern condo would not have such a feature. Wit that said, they DID refund us the 3 final nights that we didn’t stay. If we returned in fall or winter, it would be an amazing place to stay. I would not hesitate using the same company because they did understand.
