Rokeby House in Robin Hood’s Bay and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.
Rokeby House has a king-size with basin and en-suite walk-in shower, a second-floor double and two second-floor twin. There’s a second-floor bathroom with a bath, handheld shower, basin, and WC and a first-floor cloakroom with WC. There’s a kitchen/diner equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. There’s a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a first-floor sitting room with balcony. Central heating, WiFi, fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. One well-behaved pet welcome. Outside there’s an enclosed rear balcony with patio and furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.1 miles. Whatever the weather enjoy a stay at Rokeby House. Situated between Scarborough and Whitby, this charming old fishing village is to be found nestling at the edge of a wide sweeping bay backed by spectacular cliffs and dramatic moorland scenery, and was once home to author Leo Walmsley. All holidaymakers will love the beach and its cliff-top walks, whilst more serious walkers will enjoy the many long distance trails that pass through the Cleveland Way, the Lyke Wake Walk and the Coast to Coast walks which all take in Robin Hood’s Bay. The village amenities are superb, with charming alleyways to explore and plenty of places to rest, relax and take refreshment. A perfect base for enjoying the Yorkshire Coast.
