About this house rental

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac in popular Old Dunsborough adjoining Meelup Regional Park, welcome to Norfolk Trails Forest Retreat!

An older 'Queenslander' style home, all the living is on one level, upstairs - in the trees!

With four bedrooms and a huge central living area, the home is fully equipped with all you need to create a memorable 'down south' stay.

We're sure that you'll enjoy your base as you unwind, explore and indulge in all the regions activities and attractions.

The name Norfolk Trails Forest Retreat describes the location (Norfolk Street), the most accessible activity (it adjoins Meelup Park where there are lots of trails for hiking and mountain biking) and the ambiance of the home (laidback and relaxing.)

It's an approximate 40 minute walk / 5 minute drive into Dunsborough town centre - which has lots of great shops and hospitality establishments. The nearest beach is a secluded picturesque cove called Curtis Bay and is accessed through Meelup Park and across the Old Dunsborough Golf Course - it takes about 20 minutes. Dunsborough Boat Ramp and netted swimming beach are a few minutes drive away. You'll be ideally located for heading up the Cape and accessing the region's finest beaches, such as Meelup, Castle Rock, Eagle Bay and Bunker Bay.

The home features two wings set-off a huge central north/north-west facing living area with a huge timber balcony running the length of the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped and extensive, with large oven, fridge other essential appliances and has a huge island for entertaining.

The spacious master bedroom with a queen bed is located in the 'east wing', it has it's own ensuite bathroom, with WC. Also in the 'east wing' you'll find a second bedroom with two king-single beds, a laundry and a further separate WC.

To the 'west' are a further two bedrooms - one with a queen bed, the other with a set of bunk beds. These rooms share a full size bathroom, which is located between them.

The whole of the home is for the sole use of our guests. There is gated off-street parking.
