Our motorhome is equipped with 8 seat belts, one queen-size bed in the master bedroom, a fold-down sofa bed, a dinette that converts into extra sleeping space and a cab-overbed that is big enough to sleep 2 adults or use as storage. The layout is designed to comfortably accommodate a family of 5, along with luggage and camping gear. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, including all the essentials for preparing your favorite meals on the go. The Kitchen has a 4-burner propane stove, microwave, mini- fridge/freezer, and dual sink. The bathroom has a full shower and mini bathtub. There is air conditioning, heating, water heater, furnace, and on-board generator. Enjoy the outdoors with our included gear! We've included essential tools you need to make delicious s'mores. Ample storage underneath for all your additional gear. User-friendly controls and rear camera to help in traffic. We have 2 spare tires. We provide RV training upon pickup and travel tips to save you time and money. - 120 kms free per day, engine takes regular gas. It will be charged CAD $0.38 per each additional KM driven. PETS ARE ALLOWED We allow a small, well-behaved pet. As responsible dog parents ourselves, we love having our little one with us. Just let us know beforehand. Pet fee $60 applies. RECOMMENDATIONS Explore the beauty of the Lower Mainland and surrounding areas. The options are endless! Local trips are preferred, but we are willing to accommodate other requests. Delivery to local areas is available for a fee, please let us know. DAMAGE DEPOSIT A $1,050 damage deposit is required upon checkout in case of damage or if not returned in the same condition as agreed, aside from normal wear and tear. A walk-around inspection will be done before and after. INSURANCE All renters must obtain rental insurance from Outdoorsy. CLEANING/TANK INSTRUCTIONS We expect that you will return the RV in the same condition as you received it, eg. Grey and black water tanks emptied, and gas & propane tanks full. We will provide full training and instructions. Don't want to bother looking for a sanitation dump or don’t want to fill up the tanks? We can do it for you! Extra charges will apply if not returned to the same condition. - $70 prep fee.
