The little appartment we got was wonderful - perfect for 2 parents with a small child. We had 3 beds, living room space with large table and sofas, a small kitchen with a breakfast counter, fridge/freezer, cooking space, all utensils needed, washer/dryer, etc. On top of that, a large bathroom with shower and self-filling bath - perfect for the little one. And separate toilet and closet rooms. It made for a super comfortable stay. Needless to say, the location in the midst of Asakusa was perfect as well - easy to stroll out to nearby attractions and restaurants, and close to subway to venture out to other parts of the city. I want to stay there again!

We were nervous about not speaking Japanese, but there was no problem. The day we checked in, the desk clerk did not speak English but he used a translation App which worked great. The hotel looks very new. The suite was spacious with a nice kitchen, dining table, sleeping area, and showering room. Everything we needed was supplied. The greetings we received every time we walked by the desk were gracious. The area was much quieter than the busy tourist spots but there was plenty to do nearby. It was a great home base.

Such a great place to stay in Asakusa! Lots of food, grocery, and shopping nearby but still very quiet at night. Very helpful staff who spoke English. Wonderfully large room with a washer/dryer combo and a lovely sauna. Would definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff, small apartment very modern and new, and lots of mod cons !
Lovely extra touches like free coffee, tea, even an ice pole per person per day. Washing machine a bit completed to understand even with google translate which has been a life saver!
We loved it so much we changed our hotel to stay here and continue our stay. Staff were so helpful and they have allowed us to leave our luggage whilst on a short Disney trip before coming back again! Just be careful that there are a couple of Monday Apart asakusa one is a hotel and one is asakusabashi ! We made that mistake and got lost !! Would definitely stay again !

Hotel is 4 blocks away from the busy shops and restaurants in Asakusa, making it walkable but also quiet. Spent two nights here in a suite several times larger than other hotels we stayed in Tokyo. Definitely a must for families traveling together.

The apartment is perfect for our family of 5. We can even convert the dining room into another bedroom making it in 2 spacious bedrooms. This situation makes the sleeping arrangements even better.

The property was immaculate and comes with all the buzzers and bells you might expect from a contemporary Japanese property.
The staff were polite, friendly and helpful when required. Very professional.
The property is situated in a quiet side street, but you are only a few minutes walk from from a vibrant retail district that includes both chain stores and market type units.
A five minute walk takes you to the Ginza line which links some of the main shopping districts including Ginza itself, Akihabara and Shibuya.

What a great hotel. Nearby everything Asakusa had to offer like Sumo, Samurai and Ninja's. Short walk to trains and dinner options. Accommodations were wonderful. It was nice to have a separate bedroom and also a deck to step out on. Front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay and had a huge bathroom. We never figured out how to work the sauna but that was not an issue since it was so hot outside. The beds are comfortable and it was in a convenient location. Highly recommend.

Hotel seems to be new; large bathroom and washer/dryer in the room were greatly appreciated!! Front staff were kind and helped us store luggage for a few hours and also how to read the settings on the air conditioner (which worked really well in the intense Aug heat!). The surrounding area had lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Convenient to train line. Would definitely stay there again!

This is a new hotel so everything is new and clean. Staff is friendly, rooms are big. Prices are not bad compare to similar hotels nearby. Recommended for families.

Cho Kyokusi was amazing. He speaks Chinese, which made communication a bit easier as I didn't have to use Google Translate.
The property is very well-maintained and clean. The rooms are nice and there is a washer and dryer in each room in addition to the kitchen. The location is great as well with the Senjosi Temple area giving you a feel of tradition and the shopping plaza nearby with a wide variety of things to partake in. There are lots of food vendors and shops around the area and the Sumida river is near as well if you like to go on a daily run. The area isn't nearly as crowded as others and this was nice.
There is one train station that is very close to the property but we didn't go to very many places that required that line. Most of the places that we went to required us to go to the orange line which was roughly a 12 minute walk. We only used the red line when we wanted to go to the Akihibara. We went to popular locations like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Tsuikishi Fish Market, TeamLabs and all of these were the orange line.
There are 2-3 parking spots that are directly in front of the property if you need it.

This truly felt like a home away from home. We stayed for 6 nights. Excellent spacious room with a balcony and outstanding service. Lots of free amenities in the lobby. Close to many restaurants. We stayed here for the Sumida Fireworks Festival and it was a perfect spot. Short walk to the Sensoji Temple and Sumida park. I will definitely love to stay here again! Thank you for the amazing stay!

We would definitely stay here again. The apartment hotel is so clean, well kept, and beautiful. The staff at the front desk always goes the extra mile to help and are the friendliest we have encountered while traveling throughout Japan. It was so nice to arrive and be greeted with cool towels given the hot day. The location is perfect and walkable to the best places to visit and eat in Asakusa or to catch a train to SKYTREE Tower. The place truly exceeded expectations.

Must stay for families staying in Asakusa! Amazing amount of room for a family of 4! I like how they tell us to take off our shoes and provide house slippers to keep the place clean! Clean hotels make-it or break-it for me. Area is quiet but close to the action. Staff were friendly and helpful. All the staff spoke enough English. Love their soap, shampoo and conditioner products. Such a lovely subtle honey scent!

great location, great service.

The hotel is newly opened in 2024 and it provides facilities such as washing machine, full size fridge, hob and spacious space in the room. The hotel staff were friendly and able to speak decent English. 8 mins walking distance from the subway station and 5 mins away from the local supermarkets (one of those opened for 24 hours). I would say the hotel is value for money and definitely a good choice in Asakusa area.

in was great, the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The property is new so things were clean and tastefully designed. One issue was that the tub/shower wouldn’t drain. But the biggest issue was how unbelievable rude the woman was to our family during checkout.. She was rude from the first moment we met We had an event planned so we asked for a late checkout. The manager approved it but upon return the woman wanted to charge us past our actual return time. We agreed to pay half just to end the situation but unfortunately it soured an otherwise decent stay. Would not recommend or return!
