Hotel charge is not compatible

The hotel has much to improve.

The room is fairly clean. Most of the room amenities work well. The TV is big.

The bedsheet was not pulled straight like other hotels. The TV although big, has limited channels and is not a smart TV to allow Youtube watching. The small tube of shower gel was not enough. But what disappointed me was my request for another tube of shower gel being rejected. The staff plainly told me one room is allowed one tube of shower gel. If the customer needs to bathe twice a day, the small tube of gel is not simply enough. Furthermore there is no hand soap provided for hand washing. With COVID barely over, does the hotel bother about customer's hygiene?

Overall, a 8/10.

Room was comfortable, bed was good. Water pressure in bathroom was excellent. Overall, location was convenient near many eateries. Lobby outside room had nice peachy smell.

One of the pillows had smell, housekeeping changed it immediately though. Room had a tad moldy smell. Only 2 free carpark lots although parking spaces were ample enough and rates weren't exorhibitant.

Great location as many ships around and Mall too.

Parking sometimes is difficult and More TV channel would be nice.

Very very recommended for a hotel of this type and class. The coffee bar at the lobby is great!

The simple yet creative and relaxed atmosphere. It fits the concept of bed in a box, cozy. Very clean and tidy, from the lobby, lift, path to the rooms, and the room itself, clean and nice.

The TV channels is very limited. Though there is 13 channels, 5 of the channels is the same station ie TV1. The TV reception is sadly very poor and frustrating.

Disappointing

Location is excellent and the chinese girl staff is super friendly and helpful.

The unit is not in well maintained, toilet is dirty and also the unit. Photo looked so beautiful but the reality is not the same

Stayed at superior single room.

- Ample room space despite being a micro-hotel - Cleanliness - Peaceful ambience - Location: walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores

- Room is not sound-proof - Poor lighting

Decent value for money stay.

Concept and decor was very nice.

The toilets were clean but could be maintained better. The shower knobs fell out when used but you can just put them back on. One of the bedsheets smelled a bit musty but otherwise a good stay.
