Beautiful heated pool with a gorgeous swim up view of the lake and mountains.
Pretty loud inside the cabins if you have noisy neighbors.
No ability to control your own heat (you have to call reception to have them adjust it?)
Highly recommend overall.

I like the property in general. The staff is well organized and they deliver exactly what you expected.

Beautiful location overlooking the lake. The staff were really nice and extremely helpful. The cost was most reasonable. The lodge is not convenient to the town but taxis aren't very expensive. I would hire a car if I visited again to access the surrounding region which is awesomely beautiful.

Let me start by saying that we chose this hotel because of the image of the fireplace in the room. To our surprise upon arrival to the room, the fireplace is not up to code so its banned by the fire department. Ok then... Lets try the pool... It was a rainy day so we're looking forward to a warm pool. Not such thing. It was cold and its not a swimming pool where you can take a scroll and warm up. Lasted for about 5 minutes and went straight to the hot tub to warm up to our surprise that even the hot tub was NOT hot at all, just luke warm. Frustrating.
Breakfast serving area was good though but won't come again.

We stayed one night . Booking was quick and easy and the service was efficient. It convenient for us that English was spoken . Sadly the gym and pool were not open in the hours we could access them - before 10 am or after 9 pm and very unfortunately the sprinklers came on outside our bedroom window at around 12:30am and stayed on for over an hour - like someone having a shower 1 meter away . Without these two inconveniences we would have rated it very highly .

You pay for a cute upscale log home, you get, kind of a cheap motel experience. It all has to do with the pictures on the website; they don't reflect reality. You are paying almost twice for this hotel than in Buenos Aires and I thought it would be for the premium settings; the wilderness of Bariloche. These premises seem to be built in the sixties and are in need of a lot of up keeping. The Reception Desk is just a small Administrative Office and you have no business there, besides checking in and out. That means no place to relax, no chimney, nor couches, nor a space to relax with friends after a long day skiing. The wilderness you expect is not there Things like plumbing are rusting and are really hard to set up. You have to turn a faucet to let the hot water in and is really tricky, you freeze or you steam. They give you matches; but there's no chimney. The kitchenette is a joke, it is a three feet wide niche. The bath tub is so small that only small kids can fit, so it renders as a big shower stand. The bathroom door does not fit well, so you have to really push it hard to lock it. The funky looking toilet from the sixties (?) had a water leek all week, so you had to wake up to set the floater. We told the receptionist, never got fixed. The so called gym is a joke, one treadmill, a small bathroom and two weights. To sum it up: my one week Bariloche Skiing escape at a cute little cottage, came to be a cheap motel experience. Very disappointing.
