Hôtel has loads of charm and is convenient to train, walkable distance to restaurants, shopping and beach. All the front desk attendants were extremely helpful throughout our 5 day stay. There is a common dining and kitchen area plus refrigerator to store perishables. Beach umbrellas that others have left behind are available to borrow. Our family stayed in room #4 which has 4 twin beds. It is located on the ground floor. Just outside its two large windows is a table with two chairs where many people sit to smoke and there is a daily luggage storage which is extremely busy. The shutters outside the windows must be closed for privacy but does not eliminate the smoke and occasionally excessive noise from entering the room. The shower did not have a hook to attach it to the wall so is only useable as a handheld. The set of six metal lockers in the room provide some space to hang towels and bathing suits but also made the room tight for four people. Having a drying rack would have been a more useful option. Our family travels light but if someone had more than just small suitcase there is not space for additional items.

The accomodation was traditional and authentic as a magnificent building, which is nice. The building is historical with marble floor and beatiful painting, so you can feel the history of France. Also, you can enjoy a rich nature environment where you can hear birds chirping.

The hotel is ver well located. The staff very friendly. Our flight back was in the evening and they took care of our luggage for the day. The room was decent. The wifi a disaster. Just a sachet of shampoo for the four nights staying.

We were greeted very nicely by Camila, during the day. She was friendly and made us feel welcome. At night time, the experience was not the same, there was another person that was unhappy because we rang the bell. We were unfamiliar with the keypad and could not find the numbers to input the code, it was our first and only night and we deserved understanding. Thank you, Dora Crandall

This property was so lovely. The environment was very comforting and the staff was super helpful. We checked in later than was allowed but they helped us so we could get our room that night. The building is adorable and parking as well as luggage holding and breakfast is available.

Our stay was amazing ! Very friendly and helpful staff with great services available. The hotel is essentially 100 metres from the train station, within walking distance to the main beach and close to a supermarket. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Nice !!

We stayed three nights in this hotel. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Our room didn't had bathroom, but only sink. Shared toilet was decent, only minus is that there is no sink in toilet, so you need to go back to your own room to wash your hands and also there is no curtains in toilet window, so people from next house can see you. Shared shower is in poor condition, but could be improved easily. Shower head was in bad condition and also the shower head holder was broken. In any case, our stay was pleasant and our room was very cool thanks to air conditioning.

The owner was extremely helpful and so kind! Exchanged room last minute with no problem, waited for us late at night when flight was delayed over 6 hours. Lovely hotel, will definitely be back next year! Everything was perfect.

Everything was fine, however the bathroom was awful. It was a makeshift bathroom in the middle of the room, with a minimal space for taking a shower without flooding the whole bathroom.

A horror house! Great location close to the train station but that's it! Barely working wifi, no toilet paper in the toilet which is ony one on the floor; no soap in the room, no shampoo nowehere; shattered glasses and fungus running rampid in showers, showers head is hanging on a rope! Worn out and hard as wood towels! Not even a single TV channel is working. Unfriedly lady at the front desk. It feels like she is not a hotelier but a foreign legion commander, that is why the hotel looks and feels like one of its campings during French colonial wars. Could have been nice boutique hotel in such a lovely building!

We ended up not starting here. There was no basic requirements. The packs was so dirty and smell very bad. They hotel did not have soap to provide. So we ended up frying another place.

a beautiful, calm, and welcoming courtyard await you from the not too busy street. simple, clean, and functional rooms provide a good break spot during the day and restful sleep at night. the 'dining' room and courtyard tables allow for self-catered meals in a pleasant atmosphere. but the icing on the cake is the super friendly and helpful staff! they were proactive in communicating with us before check-in, as well as during and after to make sure our stay was going well. in particular, they were patient and helpful with our questions about the local area, beaches, and cuisine. all in all a wonderful stay in a great location, convenient to the train station, with good self-catering and dining options nearby, while still close to the old city and other interesting areas. thank you Marie-Pierre, Marta, and company!

Needed a cheap hotel for a night due to travel Change before we could get into our hotel and spa on our honeymoon. Hotel was exactly as we expected. Cheap, kinda gross, but nice service and we got what we paid for.
