Wszystko ok.

Piękny hotelik, plus za basen oraz spokój w obiekcie. Market 2 minuty od hotelu.

W pobliżu dosłownie nie ma żadnych restauracji. Kuchnia na zewnątrz nie była przekonująca, w nocy mogły do niej wchodzić koty i kto wie co jeszcze.

Thank goodness it was end of our trip so only there 1.5 days. If our stay would have been longer I’d find a new place t

I liked the pool and the bed was comfortable. Tiny oasis in the middle of real city

Location wasn’t good for my 75 yr old aunt. 2 sun beds that didn’t fold. One table w a couple chairs . No walkable restaurants.

Great place if it were cleaned and kept properly

This place would be great if it were kept clean. Unfortunately it’s not, but I guess you can’t expect much at 15€ a night. Pretty close to the airport that’s why we chose this place for one night.

Our room was a disaster - everything was dirty, dusty, cobwebs everywhere, the sheets had stains on them and worst of all there was a very strong smell of stale urine in the bathroom.

Perfect for a short stay in Denpasar.

It was really clean and good quality for the price. Staff was helpful and nice. It was possible to rent scooters and to book taxi too.

Bad

Fair rooms, fairly cleaned, you can ask the staff to clean the room often. The staff doesn't understand English, you can get by using translation applications.

There is no comfortable table and chair to work on the laptop in your room. Warm water is scarce in the bathroom, it's not really working properly. I had major issues with the manager unwillingly changing the dates because I needed to fly earlier, it turns out money and greed is what it's about.

Great for overnight transfer stay for us

We stayed here one night as we flew in from London and our boat to Gili islands didn’t leave until the next day. It was close to the airport and close to the port. Staff were friendly and room was simple but clean. Would recommend for a similar overnight stay for same reason

Bathroom shower was so hard it felt like needles but apart from that was ok!

Great hotel with great service

Comfortable room, lovely garden with pool, staff were wonderful especially Ayu who went above and beyond to help us, breakfast was really good. Room was clean and nice to stay in

Location was a bit out the way but the service more than made up for it

great value for money, staff very friendly. room was clean. and done up well for the price

not the greatest location, room door was broken, only one external power point, wifi was really bad which sucks as I needed it to work, hot water would run out

Great street food

The pool was great to relax after your flight from Europe. The local street food and restaurants where great very few tourist in this area when we were there. Breakfast of local foods was good as well.

Staff were friendly but English was limited which lead to some confusion particularly when paying as I got cash for taxi but wasn't told I needed to transfer money or pay cash for accommodation as they had not efpos machine as they are getting back on track after covid. The manager had to arrive to tell me this. A trip to be bank and heavy traffic due to a tree down left us stressed for time to check in at airport..we also got two single beds and had book a queen.

Previously I had booked a room with a double bed but was given a twin bed...!!! For me it is not too much of a problem but you should provide facilities according to the customer...👌
