About this villa rental
Down Town Villa
A beautiful three-bedroom villa Down Town is located in central area of Paphos being ideal for families and large groups wishing to holiday together. The villa is located within walking distance of amenities and a regular bus service operating to Paphos Town, Kato Paphos Harbor, hotels, shops and restaurants, historic site. Just 500 meters from a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach.
Kato Paphos is an ideal location as it is within walking distance of all amenities including the Harbor, supermarkets and shops of all types, banks, pharmacies, archaeological sites and schools. There is also an abundance of restaurants, tavernas and bars for entertainment. Here are very popular properties for short term rentals being in such a touristic area and many people wanting to visit the area on holiday. Kato Paphos is built around the harbor where Paphos Castle stands. The castle was originally a Byzantine fort built to protect the Harbor. It was re-built by the Lusignan in the 13th century, taken down in 1570 by the Venetians who were unable to defend it against the Ottomans, who in their turn restored and strengthened it after capturing the island. The legacy of the town's remarkable history adds up to nothing less than an open museum, so much so that UNESCO added the entire town to its World Cultural Heritage List. Among the treasures unearthed are the remarkable mosaics in the Houses of Dionysos, Theseus and Aion, beautifully preserved after 16 centuries under the soil. Then there are the mysterious vaults and caves, the Tomb of the Kings, the pillar to which Saint Paul was allegedly tied and whipped and the ancient Odeon Theatre. Within the Harbor are many boats and catamarans where you can take a trip out to see the beautiful coastline of Paphos. Kato Paphos has a regular bus service to Pano Paphos and also to Coral Bay passing Tomb of the Kings, Chloraka, and Kissonerga en-route via the coast road.
As you enter you will find yourself in a modernly furnished living and dining area, which glass sliding doors will lead you to the spacious backyard garden area furnished with sunbeds, outside table and chairs and Cypriot style BBQ (foukou) and the private swimming pool.
Adjacent to this living and dining area you will find fully equipped kitchen offering a fridge, oven, cooker, kettle, toaster, extractor hood, microwave, plates, forks, spoons, knifes, pots, pans, tea and coffee cups, water and wine glasses and everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The dining area features a dining table and chairs comfortably seating 6. Guest toilet is located on the ground floor.
When reaching the next floor via the stairs there are three bedrooms. A master bedroom with double bed and own bathroom has an amazing view of the city, pool and Mediterranean Sea. Completing the bedrooms on this floor are a further two twin bedrooms sharing bathroom on this floor. Washing machine and extra closet located also on this level.
