Arranged entirely across the ground floor and with a spacious living room to relax in, this is the perfect space to chill out in-front of that boxset you keep meaning to watch or to read a book by the wood burner. The open plan kitchen has been well equipped to a high standard and offers lots of workspace, which is essential for anyone planning to whip up a romantic meal and the contemporary shower room has Crittall-style glass shower doors, adding to the overall design. The bedroom offers a very comfortable kingsize bed which is just perfect for those long-lie-ins and French doors into the garden. In fact, there has been a great deal of thought when building and curating this property. The large south facing garden features a wood fired hot tub, decking with sun loungers and a patio all with views over a neighbouring meadow. French doors in the living room open on to the garden too, allowing you to bring the outside in on those warm sunny days.

Head to Wroxham, the gateway to the Broads and skipper your own launch or join a tour and drift along the famous waterways at one with nature. Then, for a change of pace, go and explore Norwich hitting the award-winning open-air market and winding shopping lanes or explore Norwich Castle, considered the finest example of a Norman Castle in the UK.
