We have furnished your apartment to compete with the 5 star hotels in the region. We want visitors to have a 'home' when they come to our city - So after a full day of activities, you have your own space to unwind and relax.

There is hot water, two modern showers, two toilets and very clean and comfortable throughout.

Potential for NOISE: Bedroom 1 overlooks the main road. You 9 floors up, but if you are a light sleeper and sensitive to traffic noise, this bedroom, or even this apartment may not be suitable for you. We can supply foam ear buds on request, but if you are not accustomed to city living and prefer 'quiet' over 'location' then message me first before opting for instant book to ask any questions - As once you arrive, we really can't do anything about traffic noise.

Bedroom 2 overlooks the complex grounds away from the main road. This room is quieter and can sleep 2 people.

Bedroom 3 is the office. It has a work desk, comfortable office chair and desk lamp. There is also a sofa bed, which folds out easily to the size of a double bed, which can sleep guests 5 & 6.

The entire apartment is yours. You have access to all of the complex amenities including the pool, BBQ area, tennis court, basketball court & soccer court. There is also a dedicated 'Dog Park' for those traveling with four-legged family members.

Either myself or my wife will be contactable throughout your stay. So if you need help with anything, whether it's an issue with your apartment, information on what to see and do, any translation help. We live in Pereira. Far enough to leave you alone, yet near enough to be there for you if you have any issues.

This area is very popular with families because if the amenities within the apartment complex. It is also situated on a main route, for easy access to the south of the city (Cali a 3 hour drive); North via Dosquebradas to Manizales and Medellin, and also the route Condina, for Armenia and Bogota to the east. So it is a good location for quick access out of the city for commuters and tourists.

There are restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance. But driving, or a taxi is best if you want to explore further.

Only guests on the reservation will be permitted entry by the security. If a guest wants to invite friends or family into the apartment, or to use the facilities (pool, gym etc) as visitors, then this needs approval prior to their arrival. Overnight stays of visitors is not permitted, only guests detailed in the reservation.
