Все было хорошо.

Красивая уютная квартира ,все как на фото ,удобная кровать ,вежливый персонал ,разрешили выселиться немного позже,так как поезд был вечером (маленькое пожелание ,не хватает чая в номере в зимнее время что бы немного согреться )

Антисервіс і холод в помешканні

Номер просторий у старому гарному будинку.

Почнемо з того, що клієнтам тут не довіряють, - перед заселенням обовʼязково сплачувати депозит у розмірі 1000 грн ( і дуже натякають, щоб провести через платіжну систему). Може там якась у них реферальна програма, я не знаю. Але це сприймається як недовіра і дуже дратує. Центральне опалення відключене. Кондиціонер не працює (в зимовий період пульт забирають, щоб не вмикали). Є малесенький радіатор, який, очевидно, не може опалити таку велику площу. В прихожій не вистачає коврика і місця для взуття і верхнього одягу. Весь бруд таскається у ванну і в кімнату. Крісла пропалені цигарками і на вигляд брудні, туди сідати не хотілося. На двоспальне ліжко постелили ковдру-односпалку, яка до того ж була збита і дуже холодна (нагадую, в номері і так холодно, тож під ковдрою теж не варіант нагрітися). У ванній гарний сучасний ремонт, але це все нівелюється жахливим станом кабінки душової. Вона дуже брудна. Із нальотом, пліснявою. Двері до кінця не закриваються, але вам це і не знадобиться, тому що гарячої води там на 30 секунд тільки вистачає. Звʼязувалася з адміністрацією під час перебування в помешканні. Відповідали ввічливо, але все без толку, помітно, що не орієнтуються на клієнта взагалі. За додаткову ковдру, рушники - окрема плата, хоча їх очевидно не вистачає в номері. До речі, про рушники. На двох було: два рушника для тіла, один - маленький, і полотенце під ножки. А має бути два великих, два маленьких, і під ноги.

Я вважаю, що це навіть через хороше розташування тут залишатись НЕ ПОТРІБНО!!!

Заїзд з 15:00, але я попросила чи можна раніше заселитись, персонал пішов на зустріч. І заселення відбулось о 14.00. Спілкування було приємним. Зручне розташування.

Було холодно, ледь теплі батареї. Тому довелось вмикати електричний обігрівач, який мало що грів. Через холод постійно у квартирі ВСЕ ПЛІСНЯВА!!! Що у спальні, що у ванній. У мене бронхіальна астма і для мене це категорично заборонено! Дуже погано почувала себе на ранок. Старий ремонт, відсутність запасних рушників. Бойлер з гарячою водою на 15 л на декілька квартир!!( зайшла у душ і через 1 хв перестала текти гаряча вода 😁😁 і коли я написала спитати де вона, мені відповіли, а потім почали просто ігнорувати. За день до поселення вони говорять про платіж у 1000 грн, якщо ми щось зламаємо або будемо курити в середині. І якщо після огляду покоївка каже, що все, лише тоді він повернеться. Я думаю, що це має обговорюватись раніше. Але гроші вже повернули.

Great location, have all the facilities.

Clear instructions for check-in, possibility to pay by card. There is everything you need for the kitchen, bathroom. I liked that there was a full set of towels and a quiet refrigerator. Good location, two different metro stations within 10m walking distance. Almost in the same house there is a puzatakhata, a small food court where you can eat homemade food. In the middle of 7days stay I was offered a cleaning. I recommend this place and will stay again on my next trip to Kyiv.

It is hard to sleep with the window open, even with the window closed there is street noise. But for ventilation there is air conditioning, which is good, but I would recommend taking ear plugs for sleep.

Not the best place to stay in winter.

Easy communication with the host.

Neighbors were smoking and making weird sounds. The cattle did not work. The hair dryer did not work. Although the air-heater was provided, the flat was still cold.

Location fantastic (other than it is a noisy street so if looking that way - some people might not appreciate). But amazing restaurants and cafe's are about a min away :). 20mins walk to Maidan!

'Key' was a bit more complex procedure than expected (via email perhaps lost in translation, then kind of easy when in town :)).

A pleasant and functional way to stay in central Kyiv.

The communication with the host was excellent, both before my stay, upon arrivel and during my stay. I was picked up at the airport by a pleasant driver who spoke som English, and greeted by an enthusiastic and lively person upon arrival who took care of everything in a very pleasant and professional way. The apartment was not luxury, but clean and functional, with most of the equipment I needed, including air conditioner. Many Kyiv attractions were within walking distance, the same with restaurants, cafés, a big shopping mall and also the railway station. Internet connection was good and stable. I often use Dayflat apartments in Kyiv. The owners and staff are service-minded and reliable.

Four floors without elevator can be a challenge for many, especially if heavy luggage. The staircase is very dark, I wish there were some light. To avoid stumbling I had to use my smartphone flashlight. It was cold in Kyiv during my stay. The air conditioner control had no batteries, fortunately I had brought my own. An extra carpet would be a plus for cold nights, as well as a cork screw and a sharp knife for cutting bread, meat, vegetables etc.

Mixed feelings about this place.

The location was good, close to everything, The apartment was new, the kitchen small but nice. Ideal place If you are traveling alone or with someone you really like since it is not too big.

I wanted to pay cash, so I had to go to an office to pay the money and in order to get to my apartment I had to take either the subway or a taxi. Really inconvenient! It would have been better if they came to my apartment the next morning to collect the money since they charged my credit card for the first night anyway. In order to get to the apartment you need to go through FOUR different doors!! Each with a different code. A key could perhaps be a more easy solution.

Cozy apartments in great location

Great location. Well equipped place. Totally fine for a week of staying. Visually nice, very warm (great for winter stay).

Noisy. No real sound isolation from door side. When someone is entering corridor, feels like someone entering your aparts.

Quiet and practically equipped apartment

Well arranged pick-up at the airport and check-in, easy check-out. Spacey room, reasonable kitchen and bathroom, practically equipped, clean. The apartment is oriented to the yard and located on 4th floor (no lift), thus quiet. Small balcony (a bit aged, but ok😀). Safe place, well located, shops and restaurants aside. Good communication with the host - via WhatsApp, very friendly, caring about gests.

Not a complaint, but some of the pictures shown on the Booking.com represent different apartments. While booking the concrete one it showed the correct pictures, though.

Very good choice

The apartments has a very good location, near a big supermarket, metro etc. Very pleasant lady who gives us the keys.

Internet do not work well sometimes.
