KEY COLLECTION: The keys must be picked up from a shop located 14 minutes by car from the apartment.
Charming townhouse with a terrace and garden, accommodating up to 14 guests with its 4 bedrooms and sofa beds in the living room.
The house includes:
Air Conditioning
A terrace and a large garden with outdoor furniture, a barbecue (please bring your own charcoal), and a ping pong table.
A spacious and bright living area with two convertible sofas (double beds).
Includes a projector (projects directly onto a white wall).
A large open kitchen with:
Microwave
Nespresso machine
Large double-door fridge
Gas stove and hood
Oven
Kettle and toaster
Dishes and kitchen utensils
A large central island with high chairs
A dining area with a large table and chairs.
Curtains on the windows.
Bedroom 1: One double bed (160 x 200 cm), storage, and an ensuite bathroom with a balneotherapy shower and storage unit.
Bedroom 2: Two double beds (160 x 200 cm each) and two storage closets.
Bedrooms 3 & 4: Each features a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a nightstand, and storage closet.
Bathroom: Includes a balneotherapy bathtub, towel warmer, two sinks with storage, and a separate WC.
IMPORTANT: Do not dispose of anything in the toilets to avoid pump damage. A repair cost of €250 may be charged.
An additional separate WC with the same restrictions as above.
Iron and ironing board.
IMPORTANT: The swimming pool is not available for guests as maintenance has not been completed.
