The recently remodeled kitchen boasts modern amenities and a spacious island doubling as a dining table, perfect for family meals. Stocked with everything from cookware to a Keurig coffee machine for convenience.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a plush queen bed and a private patio with lake views. The adjacent bunk room offers twin-over-double bunks and a smart TV.
Downstairs, a second bedroom with a queen bed offers direct access to the backyard with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs for evening relaxation. The boat dock provides opportunities for fishing and picnics.
Outside, the front yard welcomes you with tall trees and a charming wrap-around deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Other backyard amenities include a spacious grass area for outdoor games, a large outdoor dining table for al fresco meals with a view, a fire pit for cozy evenings, and a boat dock for lakeside fun.
Convenient amenities include an en-suite half bath, laundry facilities, and ample parking with space for a boat trailer.

Pets:
We are pet-friendly and welcome one well-behaved dog for a non-refundable pet fee of $125. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay.
Please note that pets are not allowed on the furniture. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay.

For stays over 30 days, a monthly clean will be required which will be coordinated after booking. Monthly cleans will be additional and billed through your booking platform.
Safety Disclaimer:
For safety, please note there is no fence or gate at the waterline where the backyard meets the lake. Young children should always be supervised.
For added peace of mind, security poles are installed at each sliding glass door to better monitor access to the backyard.
Boat Ramp:
The home features a boat ramp and direct access to the water for your convenience.
