Welcome to our stylish retreat in Lakeway, Austin, TX! Close to Lake Travis and Marshall Ford Marina, this charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom home offers 950 sq ft of thoughtfully designed space, perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a desk with a printer, and a cozy outdoor area. Ideal for a relaxing stay or productive work-from-home experience. Conveniently located near Lake Travis across from Steiner Ranch, with several marinas within 5 miles.

As you enter through the main floor, you'll find the inviting bedroom featuring a plush queen bed fitted with custom luxury hotel linens. You will love our bed on those long and hot Texas summer days as it is a reclining bed with a cooling mattress!! There's ample storage space for your clothes and belongings, and an additional smart TV for your entertainment. Ascend to the second floor to discover the heart of the home. The spacious living room is equipped with a smart TV and a sleeper sofa, complete with extra linens and bedding for added comfort. Adjacent to the living area is a well-appointed kitchenette, including a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and a dining area that seats four. Though there is no stove, the kitchenette is perfect for preparing light meals and enjoying your favorite beverages.
The second floor also features a full bathroom stocked with all essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers, ensuring a spa-like experience. For those who need to catch up on work or stay connected, the desk with a printer and high-speed Wi-Fi makes it easy to work from home. Step out onto the balcony from the living room to enjoy fresh air and a peaceful view, or head down to the courtyard to make use of the grills, dining area, and prep table – perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining.

We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $1,000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.

2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties.

5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
