This charming fishing port boasts a stunning main town and expansive sandy beach that have retained their timeless appeal across generations. Offering an array of bistros, pubs, restaurants, and unique shops, the town presents a delightful mix of experiences. Visitors can embark on various boat trips, from fishing excursions to leisurely glass-bottom rides to nearby islands. Just 4 miles away lies the quaint village of Polperro, characterised by its picturesque harbour and vibrant narrow streets. Nearby attractions include The Monkey Sanctuary (5 miles), The Adrenalin Quarry (7 miles), go-karting (7 miles), Porfell Wildlife Park (7.5 miles), The Eden Project (21 miles), and numerous National Trust properties, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy.
This wonderful home invites you in with a bright hallway that leads left into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The cosy lounge boasts an illuminating wood burner and sea views. The kitchen is the ideal space for everyone to congregate and socialise on the contemporary bar stools whilst the chef whips up a family meal in the stylish, well-equipped kitchen. There is a handy WC next to the kitchen.
