We’re on a tour of the islands, so we get to compare and contrast the places we stay. This one - Faros Villa - is easily the best so far. It’s located next to a nature reserve with some of the most beautiful beaches in the country, all within relatively easy walking distance. It’s run by a family and they clearly care very much about the place: just about every detail, from sheets to lighting to decor to the beautiful gardens, everything seems cared for. Then there’s the food at the adjacent restaurant. We ate there all three nights and it was ALL delicious, most especially the homemade options (unless you’re a vegetarian, try the lamb and potatoes probably the tastiest thing I’ve tried yet). Anyway, don’t hesitate. Book the sea view rooms if you can: worth a little extra for the sunsets on the balcony.

We were not met at airport as planned. There bus was broken down, yet they could have had a taxi waiting. Not a good first impression.
The room is perfect. Everything you need is available and well thought out. The dining options are excellent. As other reviewers mentioned the best food! The pool is large and exceptional with bar service. Many beaches to explore.
A rental car is easy with the help at the property. Please drive into the mountains. Spectacular highlights of our trip to Naxos! We enjoyed the many beaches in this location.

Faros villa was an extremely pleasant surprise. Naxos has a laid back island life and Faros villa exemplifies it. Its situated in an thinly populated corner of island though well connected and is very close to a nature reserve and some awesome family beaches. Faris is family run and they are a credit to Greek hospitality, very generous, honest and caring. Vila itself is spread out with a huge pool, garden and 8 rooms which are very nicely appointed. In the evening only noise you hear is cricket's and in daytime its birds. Food is exceptionally well cooked by ladies in kitchen led by Mama Eilene. Overall highly recommended!!

Being a small hotel decorated with taste and details makes it cosy and comfortable. Great swimming pool, good restaurant, very polite team.
Plus it's next to a wonderful natural environment with incredible beaches. Paradise.

Faros was the highlight of our 2.5 weeks in Greece. The food is some of the best we've had anywhere in the world. The views are so unbelievable as to be... well... unbelievable. The pool is perfect for lounging or swimming - ideal temp, large, beautiful design. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Amazing breakfast. I won't reiterate what everyone else has said about the genuinely warm and generous family and staff running the place (all true). Faros was much more enjoyable than staying in Naxos town (Hora) - which we also did. More relaxing - a real vacation. Though there are many families with kids there are also couples - something for everyone. We are an interracial same gender couple and felt comfortable. One thing to note: it gets incredibly windy on Naxos. We didn't know this in advance so we planned to mostly veg out at the beach and pool. But only one of our four days was really calm enough to be truly enjoyable for a peaceful beach day. The windy days are cool for other stuff - hiking, watching kite surfers, etc. but not enjoyable for beach (sand blowing, etc) or pool. The best use of a windy day for us was renting a car and visiting some villages in the mountains (ask the staff for an itinerary and they'll tell you all the cool stuff to do). That was amazing. And of course... eating.

We loved our time at Faros Villa... the staff were wonderful and very helpful in helping us get a rental car and helping us make plans for our stay on the island. And the food offered at onsite restaurant was incredible! Would definitely come back here again... Thank you, Faros Villa!

Beautiful family run villa. Nice rooms, great pool & delicious restaurant. The beaches are some of the best we have ever seen. Very quiet neighborhood. Drive to city center of Naxos is about 30 minutes I would suggest renting a car.

Nikos and Vicki were amazing! They were so sweet and accommodating and made our stay wonderful! We would definitely recommend Faros villa to anyone and will be going back. Also, mama's food was to die for :-)

Great little hotel with excellent facilities and taverna. Perfect location for us but good to have a car. Stayed on same trip in hotels 5 times the price and not as good. Such friendly and helpful owners and staff.

We purposely chose this location away from the hustle of the main part of the town so that we could completely relax. If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay within walking distance of three distinct beaches, I would highly recommend this hotel.

This place is awesome. Genuinely friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help (including Nikos running around late at night to find an aerial cable so I could watch the football!) Beautiful pool and an amazing taverna used by the locals, indicating how good the food was. Breakfast was included and was delicious and varied. Location is a bit out of the way but if you're looking for a relaxing retreat it's perfect.

Best part of our multi island trip to Greece. Naxos has some nice towns, beaches and mountains. Faros was really nice with a great view of the sea and an excellent pool. The restaurant had really good traditional Greek food too. Probably need a car rental to get around as the hotel is not near a town. The staff picked us up from the ferry in the afternoon and ordered a rental car delivered for us the next morning, worked out great.

Spending three nights at the Faros Studio Apartments I felt completely taken care of. Customer service is their top priority, I felt I had become a member of the Moustakis family. Nikolaos in particular showed me around town and shared the best places to walk and spend time. At night I'd eat at the taverna managed by his brother Demetrius and their mother. Each night I had an incredibly filling meal that was made with care and tasted delicious.
When you walk right off the property you hit a beach. In the three days I was there I only saw two people. I walked through the cedar forest and relaxed in the sun in these beautiful private beach coves.
If you are interested in meeting an incredible family, enjoying complete peace and quite with modern and tastefully decorated rooms and you enjoy " getting away from it all" this is the place for you! I can't say anymore about this amazing place but I hope to come back soon!
