About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 165 m² house (3 star), which can accommodate up to 13 people, for rent in Bois-le-Roi. This is one of the most stunning houses on the banks of the Seine, situated on the riverbank with its own private bank. The quay in front of the property is very quiet and not very busy. The railway line runs along the back of the property.
It comprises an attractive 60 m² living room with fireplace, a fitted kitchen, six bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 10,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×200), a single bed and a balcony
- Bedroom 5: with a double bed (140×200)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

- Two 15 m² terraces with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Bois-le-Roi, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
Activities
- The house is in the immediate vicinity of the Fontainebleau forest. The nearest climbing site (Rocher CANON) is around 3 km away on foot (115 min by car).
- In Bois le Roi, the UCPA leisure center (3 km from the house) has a riding school, golf course, tennis courts, climbing wall, swimming lake, children's playground...
- Melun also boasts a rowing and water-skiing club.
- The house is 15 km from the Château de Vaux le Vicomte and 12 km from the Château de Fontainebleau, both UNESCO World Heritage sites.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.

- Nearest airport: Orly airport is about 50 min away by car.

Villa Chèvrepied "Absolutely stunning villa - extremely happy that we stayed here.
It was very well equipped for the perfect home away from home.
The views from the balconies were just amazing. It was a quiet, peaceful place but easy to get to shops/ train station etc.
All communication was with Jeff who was extremely accommodating and a lovely host. He gave us a helpful tour of the villa and was very informative.
We ordered food via UberEats which was quick and easy. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it to family and friends"
