Very poor service, no email was sent with any basic information, emailed the accommodation at lunchtime ish for check in information emailed replied they would get back to me, mid arvo no further info sent a txt as we had planned to check in around 5/6ish got a quick reply with check in details.
Advertised as laundry service, laundry is not in the apartment its a shared laundry, tried to wash a sport uniform first night after game couldn't get into the laundry mat, sent a txt given instructions for the wrong key that did not open the laundry mat door, Saturday morning messaged again to be told the correct key that was hidden in the top shelf pantry. Drier was useless after 45min clothes still wet, we had to use the drier in town to dry sports uniform.
Air con is tiny and FROZE the first night left the small air con going during the day and was enough to take the chill of the room, bathroom has an older open unable to be closed window which certainly doesn't help with the cold draft.
The whole weekend was trickle fed information wrong information, first place I have ever stayed that didn't have a basic run down of information you need to know eg what's available.
