EVERYTHING was EXCEPTIONAL! From communication for check in to arrival and in between to check-out, our stay was beyond amazing. So attentive, easy, excellent location, clean, accommodating; as perfect as could be! Thank you to Nika and the team for an incredible stay!

I did not even end up checking in and re-booked elsewhere due to the safety issues. They do not provide parking passes, but recommend street parking instead. While driving around the building, I saw multiple vehicles with broken windows. Also, very inconvenient when you are traveling for business and have luggage. The closest lot is a 12 minute walk to the property. Stay elsewhere.

Great place, close enough to walk to restaurants, we had an event at rocket mortgage arena and we walked over the bridge, 15 minutes, it was great. Parking is super easy. The apartment is clean, cute and spacious.

The location of the property appears to be safe! However, my first night at least 10-15 cars had their driver side front window broken out between 2-5am. The interesting thing is it look liked they targeted people who were there visiting as opposed to the buildings leasing occupants. I just didn’t feel like this was a coincidence.
I also brought this to the property managers attention mid-afternoon. She said she didn’t know this had occurred. I find that hard to believe since the police had been on location and wrote incident reports on all of the vehicles that had been vandalized. The manager gave me the impression that it was business as usual and didn’t seem empathetic of mine and the other occupants situation. However, I was sent a follow up message shortly thereafter reminding me of the check out rules.

It’s a fantastic choice if you would to visit the city Cleveland. All things of living they provided for you and your companies. Highly recommended!

We were visiting family in Cleveland and were super comfortable for our walking-distance stay at the Abbey Apts. The space was well appointed, very comfortable, and immaculately clean! Thank you! We will stay here again and again!

There was a leak in the apartment. They couldnt get us in another room until later. We waited on tjem to call to ket us know it was ready but they never called. When we finaly got in the other room, there was not enough bedding for pullout couch. When we opened the couch, it was filthy!

Very pleased with booking this apartment. Very spacious! Great location for going to Downtown and Convention Center. Also walked to the nearby area by Westend Market. Great restaurant choices!
Extra bedroom had a mattress that was pretty soft but King in master was firmer. Kitchen setup good but there was no toaster so I was glad I already had one since I had been traveling for a couple weeks ( really think they should have that!).
The property fees seemed high and really don’t know what that covered other than cleaning???
Plan on booking for our Tradeshow again next year if available.

BEWARE!!!! The worst stay ever! I slept on another guest's couch as they did not have staff to check in and forgot a key for my room. The other guests key was stuck in the lock box that we removed from the wall because it didnt work and their room had roaches, burn holes in furniture, no towels or clean linens and was overall disgusting. They promised refunds, but are overall frauds. Do not ever book unless you want to be stranded and homeless with no on that cares about your safety or wellbeing.
Never left a bad hotel review but if there was something worse than a bad review I would do it!

Stayed in two bedroom, two bath apartment. Very modern building with modern amenities. About three blocks to rail station where it is one stop to go into downtown. Many walkable food options, including the West Side Market. Area is quiet.
Booking office was there to answer questions and check out was beyond painless. Will definitely stay here again if needed.

worst experience. lockbox code didn't work. No one to assist us. Person on the phone was clueless. Another guest in the lobby said he had the same issues the night before and had to crash on the couch. The guest who let him crash on his couch said the room had urine stains. He also had to buy more pillows and blankets from Walmart. The first guest and I had to scramble and find a relocation. Hotels.com was awesome to assist and relocated to a higher establishment at no extra costs in price difference. We were lucky to have booked it through Hotels.com to get the assistance with relocation.

Everything was ok but the kitchen needed attention.
My review will be specifically about the unit 202 because I really think it can be a lot better and I don’t want to talk about other apartments if I haven’t been there.
The kitchen has the absolute minimum. There was no salt or pepper, cloths, detergent, the dishwasher was broken, I called about it but no one came to fix it. The pots didn’t have leads, they left only 2 toilet papers for a stay of over 3 days.
Only 2 towels.
I admit that we stayed during holidays but that doesn’t mean the property could use a hit more love and attention. If you are renting an apartment to expect certain things to be there. I hope they can fix this because the apartment has a lot of potential.

Great location and new construction. Stayed in 1 bedroom condo suite. Building entry, keys to unit accessible via code access upon arrival - super convenient if arriving late. Property is near historic Westside Market and Ohio City, great restaurants and bars close by. Also short drive to downtown Cleveland including the sports arenas, Rock n Roll HOF and Lake Erie. Will definitely stay here next trip to Ctown

We absolutely loved the place, and that it was affordable. It was very clean and well maintained. A few improvements to note is the check in process needs to be made easier. It did take us a while to get ahold of someone to get the stuff we needed to check in. Once we did get ahold of someone they was very helpful. Also it would be great if they could make the furniture more comfortable. Overall it was a great place, and we would definitely recommend!

The Abbey was perfect for our trip. Barsala was great to work with. Nika at Barsala was very responsive and quick to help with any questions we had. The location was great, a safe and short walk to the RTA red line station, West Side Market, and lots of good food and breweries in Ohio City. The apartment had plenary of space, was quiet, new and modern. Only complaint was the bed was not comfortable and my partner ended up opting for the couch instead. Also, use the app for check in instructions. The email just gives the number for the property manager, but the app gives full self checkin steps.

This is a first for me, but I need to address the fact that there was a bullet found in the dryer. Aside from that, the lint trap looked like it hadn’t been cleaned out in months. The mattresses were wrapped in plastic and taped together. One towel was left for two people and we had to go out and buy our own hand soap. Like come on, do better.

Check-in was easy. Staff communicated beforehand and provided codes for access into safe, secure building. The apartment was spacious. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms with kitchen. We ran into a slight issue with figuring out how to work the heating system. Our contact, Sarah, was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue (user error on our part). I would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

This place was the perfect location. It is very modern and comfortable at the same time. Sarah was very quick with communication and answer all questions when I need it. I will most definitely book again.

The place was great! It is very new, we were told we were one of their first guests, so they were still working out some things and that if there was anything we needed to just reach out. Great communication with their local hospitality manager. And after realizing our fridge was never plugged in once we got there (we had some groceries so we needed access to fridge) they moved us to an even nicer unit. The place was wonderful. My boyfriend and I wanted to stay there forever!
