Welcome to "The Beachside Four," a freshly renovated complex featuring four individual apartment units, perfect for ensuring everyone enjoys their own space. When it's time to gather, the spacious upper deck (accessible from Units 3 & 4) provides the ideal setting for listening to the waves, and soaking in the breeze. A brief 30-second walk across the street leads you to the sandy path of Lake Michigan's Sheridan Beach.
Each unit offers its own entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, living & dining space, full bathroom, washer & dryer, and one reserved parking spot, except for Unit 2, which has two reserved parking spots. Additional street parking is available in the immediate area.

Unit 2: Lower Floor - 2 bedrooms (queen, two twins), 1 bath
Unit 3: Upper Floor - 1 bedroom (queen), 1 bath, access to upper deck through living room
Unit 4: Upper Floor - 2 bedrooms (queen, two twins), 1 bath, access to upper deck through bedroom
