With a variety of sleeping arrangements including two king beds, two bunk beds, and a twin bed with a twin trundle in the loft area, this townhouse comfortably accommodates large families and groups of friends. Enjoy modern amenities such as two 55” smart TV (Netflix/Disney+/etc.), double vanity master bath with a separate door for shower/toilet, tastefully updated guest bath, and a fully equipped, modern kitchen with beautiful wood cabinets, granite countertop, and a brand new wine fridge. Take in the forest views and soothing sounds of a nearby creek over a cup of morning coffee on the master bedroom balcony or while you grill up a delicious meal on the grill on the living room balcony.
Stay entertained with easy access to the large community outdoor pool (with shower rooms and dry sauna), basketball/tennis/bocce ball/pickleball courts, and gym/fitness room. The crystal blue waters of Lake Tahoe at Kings Beach is just a 5 min drive away as well as cute cafes, shops, bars, and restaurants! For outdoor enthusiasts, there are ample opportunities for hiking, biking, golfing, skiing, and snowboarding nearby (Northstar Resort is just a 7 min drive away, shuttles also available).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
