The upper level of the home offers a loft space with a single day bed, king bedroom, and bathroom. The lower level of the home offers a separate living space perfect for kids or privacy, a queen bedroom, a beautiful bath, and a deck with the same gorgeous views! Plenty of parking for up to 4 cars. Our home offers a fire pit for your enjoyment. Wildlife sightings are common - turkeys, foxes, hawks, bears, and more! You'll get to enjoy the private views from the home while conveniently being 3 miles from the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment of Downtown Weaverville as well as only 8 miles from Downtown Asheville! Wolf Ridge Ski Resort is only 30 minutes away. Groceries and restaurants are less than 1 mile away.

Main floor: Living room with wood fireplace and Smart TV (streaming and cable available); Dining table seats 6 and kitchen island seats 3; Bedroom with a king bed and full bath; Half bath.
Upper level: Loft with seating area; Bedroom with a king, twin daybed, and full bath.
Lower level: Den with Smart TV (streaming only); Bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath (shower only, no tub).
Outdoors: Upper-level deck with patio furniture and rocking chairs; private deck off master bedroom; lower level deck; outdoor fire pit.
Please note: For security reasons, there is an OUTDOOR security camera at the corner of the home.
