Guests have access to the entire home, 2bd condo and 2 outdoor parking spots available. No pets allowed per HOA.

Breckenridge has so much to offer in all seasons! In the summer enjoy hiking, biking, shopping, a spa day and so much more! In the winter explore all winter activities like skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, etc!

Getting Around:
A car is definitely needed and 4 wheel drive is recommended in the winter months (December to March)

Other Things to Note:
This property is NOT pet friendly. HOA does not allow pets.

No Parties - this is a condo and walls are shared so please be mindful!

The laundry is next to the unit. It is coin operated.

Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
