Please note that the shower in the guest bedroom's bathroom is currently out of service, but the bathtub is still available. Guests can use the two other bathrooms with fully functioning showers. We appreciate your understanding as we work on getting this fixed soon.

Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

Please note that this property requires a $5,000 credit hold for stays of less than 90 nights and $10,000 for stays of 90 nights or longer. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
