7. Speaker parties and any loud parties are prohibited. No loud music or disturbing neighbours, especially after 9pm. Once discovered, a fine of $500~$1000 will be imposed

Regarding extra trash: If the trash exceeds 10 bags, you will be charged a trash disposal fee of $20 per bag.
