If you're looking for a comfortable, cozy and clean stay close to the major attractions in Kansas City, this is your place! This home was recently remodeled and done with traveler's needs and wants in mind. You are only a short 25 minute Uber ride to the Westport, Downtown, Plaza area and 30mins away from the major stadiums..
The Space:

An abundance of natural light accents the tastefully picked furniture and décor to create a warm ambiance and a homey feeling.
★Kitchen ★
This home features an updated kitchen with access to all your cooking and baking needs. Amenities include coffee maker, full size stove, toaster,dishwasher, refrigerator and all cooking and serving utensils.
★ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS ★
2 bedrooms both with KING BEDS can be found in this cozy home. All provide you with the high-level comfort and convenience needed to relax and rest after an exciting day of exploring the natural beauties of KC.
The couch in our home folds out to accommodate another person, providing additional sleeping space for your convenience.

We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, providing amenities such as high-speed internet, a washer and dryer, and free parking on the premises.
Additionally, our friendly and attentive hosts are always available to assist with any questions or recommendations to ensure you have a memorable stay.

-The driveway is to the left of the unit and can fit 3-4 cars. Additionally, there is space for 1-2 cars for street parking. The garage can fit 1 car.
Guest Access:
The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.
The Neighborhood:
Located in very family oriented neighborhood that boasts tree lined streets and unique homes. Guests may enjoy a walk and will find friendly neighbors, kids playing, and folks enjoying front porches.
Getting Around:
The driveway is to the left of the unit and can fit 3-4 cars. Additionally, there is space for 1-2 cars for street parking. The garage can fit 1 car! Most attractions will require taking an $20 Uber/Lyft ride or renting a car.
Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
