About this house rental
We welcome responsible pet owners! We do charge $10/pet per night for a max of $50 per stay. This will be charge separately the day before arrival. Please keep pets off all furniture and crated when you leave the townhome.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vaping, weed).
The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is anytime before 10am. In order to allow our cleaning staff the time needed to properly clean and prepare for your stay, we typically cannot allow an early check in or late checkout. An early check in (12pm-4pm) or late checkout (10am-11am) can be requested for a fee of $25. This will be dependent on availability.
CANCELLATIONS at any time will incur a 6% refund fee.
