NOISE ORDINANCE: Strictly quiet hours from 9PM-7AM. Please also keep noise down at all times. Do NOT disturb neighbors.
SMOKING: Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED inside the house as well as on the deck, backyard and driveway.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit of $300 is collected after your booking, this fee is not a charge, but a hold on the card and the hold will be released within 7 days after checkout. A non-refundable deposit will be charged for renters under 25 yrs of age.
