In the hamlet Penamprat 5.5 km from the centre of Loctudy, 3.4 km from the centre of Pont l'Abbé, 22 km from the centre of Quimper, 6 km from the sea, 6.2 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property 15 ha with trees. 400 m long motor access to the grounds. Parking on the premises. Shop 3.4 km, supermarket 3.4 km, restaurant 3.4 km, sandy beach "Plage de Langoz" 6 km. Marina 4.8 km, sailing school 4.8 km. Nearby attractions: Lesconil 7.8 km, Le Guilvinec 12 km, Pointe de la Torche 12 km. Hiking paths: Baie d'Audierne 13 km. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished.

Open kitchen (oven, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. No heating option. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (110 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). Parquet floors. Terrace, garden 600 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
