Summary:
Welcome to our home where indoor/outdoor living and ocean breezes create an unforgettable stay in Dominical in the Puntarenas Provence, Costa Rica. This newly renovated beach house features over 3,700 square feet of indoor space and a resort inspired patio with a gorgeous pool overlook the ocean.
This isn’t just a vacation home; it’s a thoughtfully designed haven for creating lifelong memories.
The Space:
Our luxury villa includes 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms; the perfect combination of privacy and accessibility when hosting large groups. Each bedroom includes a quality mattress and clothing storage. Three of our bedrooms have a private bathroom with stunning shower design and bathroom amenities included located right within the bedroom space.
Guests will also have access to many unique spaces for dining together. Our indoor formal dining table can accommodate 12 people with an additional island and outdoor dining table. Guests may take advantage of the large, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Appliances include a dual gas range and dedicated flat top grill. Perfect for preparing large meals together.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home; including private out-door spaces. This includes both an interior kitchen with band island and formal dining table as well as an outdoor patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor formal dining table. Perfect for guests looking to take advantage of both interior and exterior dining options.
Guests have access to high-end appliances and Smart Home Technology including:
Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, smart locks, and home automation systems enhance convenience and modern living.
For guests looking to stay relax this home includes an outdoor infinti-style pool with a gorgeous view of the Osa beach. The backyard also includes a stone pathway; perfect for exploring local floral and fauna in the backyard.
For guests looking for Child-Friendly features our home can include baby gear (cribs and high chairs) - these are not stored onsite so please give our team advance notice if you need either or both of these items for your stay.
The Neighborhood:
This is a one of a kind Private Mountain Estate with Ocean & River views in the beautiful neighborhood, Dominical. Our neighborhood is both private and serene. Ideal for a relaxing getaway.
Getting Around:
The home is located off a private driveway; easily accessible by all cars. We recommend utilizing a rental car to get to and from the house.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO BOOKING IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REVIEW RENTAL AGREEMENT.
We charge for additional guests above a fixed amount. This amount and additional charge varies by unit type, size, and configuration. If you input the correct guest count when you make your reservation the amount the booking site indicated as the total cost will not change (due to guest count). We ask for confirmation of guest count after you complete your booking. If you need to increase your guest count after booking confirmation due to a booking error, this could result in a price increase. Finally, we verify guest count via external cameras located on our properties. In the event that we notice a guest count at the property that is higher than reported, we reserve the right to ask for additional guest fees that would be double the amount we would have charged prior to check-in.
Kindly refer to the following guidelines regarding fees for extra guests:
6 BR+ units - $45 per guest/night after 8 guests
This house is not pet friendly. Thus, if you have a service animal you will need to notify us in advance of your reservation.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we have availability for this (please never assume this will be available):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $100
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $300
3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $400 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more
We have a minimum 7 day stay requirement for local guests. We rarely make an exception to policy but may elect to do so at our sole discretion. If you are local to Jax and book for less than 7 days we reserve the right to ask you to cancel your reservation.
Gatherings/parties of any kind are strictly forbidden at this property. If you host a gathering/party/event at this property we will levy a $1000 fine.
***Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - both in the interior and exterior***
***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash, empty cigarette packs, etc.) We will assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***
For guests requiring a pack n play, high chair, or any other non-standard item, please submit your request at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. If the request is made less than 7 days prior to check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee availability.
