This home offers uninterrupted water views from nearly every room, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday.
Out back, you'll have your own private stairs leading down to the water and the popular local café at Mosquito Bay.
Conveniently located between the renowned Lilli Pilli Beach and the patrolled Malua Bay Beach, you'll also be close to the local supermarket, restaurants, Club Malua, and the newly built park.
The Space:
This light-filled home, with its stunning water views, is perfect for your next getaway.
The main bedroom is privately situated on its own side of the property, featuring a modern ensuite, built-in robes, and a cot for a little one if needed.
In the heart of the home, you'll find a stylish kitchen that overlooks the dining and lounge areas—ideal for enjoying the waves while you relax.
A few steps down, there's a second living area with a cozy setting and a flat-screen TV. This level also includes the main bathroom and two additional bedrooms with double beds and built-in robes. The well-equipped laundry features both a washer and dryer.
The fourth bedroom is kid-friendly, with a single bed and a trundle for extra sleeping space if needed.
There’s ample parking with two double garages and space for three cars in the driveway.
This property is the perfect spot to unwind, watch the waves, and enjoy a summer BBQ.

Guest Access:
Access to the property is via a lockbox at the property, guests will receive the code via email approx. an hour prior to check-in.

Just minutes down the road Malua Bay has shops with local supermarket, cafes & restaurants and a park for the kids and the newly built Malua Bay Bowling Club.
