This lovely 55m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse culinary options. It is located on the 1st floor and has elevator access.

The living room is a bright and inviting space, featuring a comfortable sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV, and a dining area bathed in natural light.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals, including an electric hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine. Essential cookware and cutlery are available for your use.

At the entrance, you'll find a convenient storage unit with ample space for your belongings. It includes essential cleaning supplies to keep the apartment tidy and comfortable, along with hangers, an iron, and an ironing board for your convenience.

The windows effectively block outside noise, while the blinds provide both privacy and a dark environment, promoting restful sleep. Additionally, the spacious wardrobe offers ample storage for your clothes, complemented by a small bedside table for convenience.

The modern bathroom features fresh towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, and a spacious shower to refresh you after a day of exploring Porto.

For your convenience, the apartment is always professionally cleaned.

Situated on Avenida da República, the property places you at the heart of Matosinhos. The Matosinhos Sul metro station is right outside the building, offering seamless access to Porto’s city centre, business districts, and cultural landmarks. With Matosinhos Beach less than a 10-minute walk away, you can easily immerse yourself in the coastal lifestyle.

Matosinhos is renowned for its incredible seafood, with top restaurants like Restaurante O Gaveto, Marisqueira de Matosinhos, and Tito 2 just moments away from the apartment. Savour fresh, locally caught fish, or explore casual dining options that showcase the region's culinary excellence. Nearby attractions include Porto City Park, Jardim do Passeio Alegre, and Casa da Música. The property is also perfectly located for starting the Caminho de Santiago pilgrimage or participating in the Porto Marathon.

The airport is just a 12-minute drive away

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
