About this campground/ rv resort rental
The name, Chessie the 'sea monster', is a nod to the owners who live in Chesapeake Bay. This tiny home has 2 beds, an open living room and kitchen with high ceiling and seating around the kitchen counter. The living room opens to a covered patio. Many amenities include: dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, WIFI, streaming TV with FREE Netflix, Electric fireplace, Stove top & full oven.
This 399 sq.ft. tiny home is an amazing new home that will knock your socks off! The open floor plan allows you to enjoy the living room and the fully-equipped kitchen with a large TV and fireplace. The bedroom on the main floor has a full bed, a closet and storage with a door for privacy. The loft bedroom has a queen bed and is accessed by ladder steps. The downstairs bathroom has a full shower and a door for privacy. There is nothing tiny about this home. All the amenities you need to feel right at home.
Acony Bell Tiny Home Village has 15 rentals, so feel free to inquire on reserving multiple homes for friends and family getaways!

Mills River is located conveniently between Brevard and Asheville. We are located 25 minutes from downtown Asheville and 15 minutes to Brevard. Enjoy all the outdoor activities that this area has to offer from Mountain biking to hiking near waterfalls at Dupont State Forest and Pisgah National Forest. You can then enjoy the many breweries or restaurants in this area. Sierra Nevada Brewery and Oscar Blues are just 10 minutes away!
Acony Bell Tiny Home Village has over 18 AirBnB tiny home rentals but the rest of our village has full-time residents.
We have a gated community but no physical barrier between our rentals and residents. Please respect their privacy.
We do have a firepit to the left of the gated area as you are entering the village. This is a communal firepit for our rental guests in the Tiger Lily area. Please enjoy - as there is firewood and lighter at the firepit.
Across Bolyston Creek, the bridge will take you to the other side of Acony Bell Tiny Home Village, there are many rentals on this side if you have friends and family staying there.
Driving is the best way to get around.
* 3 Night Minimum required for all holidays. These include: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
*No Check-ins on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Fourth of July and Easter.
AirBnB Tiny Home Rules and Regulations
● GARBAGE: Please place your garbage and recycling in the dumpsters provided.
● FIRE PITS: The fire pits will be continually stocked with wood. We want you to enjoy them. Please do not use them during quiet hours and please make sure the fire is out before leaving them unattended.
● QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10PM until 7AM on weekdays and 11PM – 8 AM on weekends. All outdoor lights need to be turned off as well. We are a dark sky community.
● SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit in the community is 9 MPH. Please be aware of pedestrians, pets and bikers in the roadway.
● PARKING: Please park in the two-car designated space next to the home. Do not park on grass or other landscaping.
● No tents, campers or trailers allowed.
● NO SMOKING inside the house. ● No Drone video allowed on property
● AIRBNB Guest must be age 21 or older. They are responsible for the actions of all guests in the tiny home. Cleanliness of the Village is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management. Management reserves the right to evict or refuse entry to any person or group who has evidenced a disregard for the rules without a refund. Residents and guests agree to use the community at their own risk. The management and owners are not responsible for damage, injury or loss to persons, pets or property. We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations and fees that we deem necessary.
● PET POLICY: We expect all guests to adhere to the pet rules. Please notify us that you are bringing an animal. There is a pet fee. Well behaved pets are welcome. Limit 2 dogs per tiny home and dog weighing no more than 70lbs. Dogs are not allowed on sofa or beds. Please bring crate and dog beds. Dogs must be on leash at all times. Guests must clean up after their pets on the property and dispose of all pet waste. If any pet rules are broken or a pet is brought without notice, guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
