Bonus: Youll also enjoy two backyards joined by a door in the fence. Theres plenty of outside fun to be had, with a professional-grade putting green, bocce court and hot tub on one side; and a second hot tub and fire pit on the other. It's the perfect setup for unforgettable memories!

Uniquely situated on a coastal peninsula, the beach is a seven-minute walk to the east, a saltwater river to the immediate west, and serious history is all around you. In fact, Ponce de Leon is said to have landed mere minutes from here in his search for the fabled fountain of youth.
3. The large but intimate gathering spaces. For bigger groups two extended families traveling together or an annual girls or golf getaway these homes give you the space and flexibility you need without being on top of each other. Your group will have all the togetherness you want and wont have to feel crowded together when you dont.

No Chore Checkout We hate the long lists of chores that lots of hosts require. All we ask is that you shut the door securely on your way out you have enough to take care of while traveling home. Leave the linens, dishes, and garbage to us.

Our bathrooms have tons of super-soft towels and our favorite soaps and shampoos. And our laundry rooms come with detergent and other cleaning supplies should you need them. Does Overmoon allow pets?
While we love all pets, we only allow dogs at our homes. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed and youll be charged a flat pet fee of $250. If any member of your rental party requires accompaniment by a registered service animal, notification at the time of booking is required.
Does this home have a high chair, or other baby/toddler gear?
Yes! We have a pack & play, high chair, step stool, books, toys, dishware and more all included free of charge.
