Just minutes from Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Ski Resort, this prime location is perfect for hiking, skiing, and lake adventures with boat parking. The home boasts air conditioning, a gas barbecue on the balcony, parking for four cars, and a pet friendly fully fenced in yard! This home offers the ideal setting for relaxation and enjoyment amidst stunning forest views.
Available for 30-90 day rentals! Making it the perfect family vacation rental for a winter on the slopes or summer on the lake.
We are currently accepting ski lease reservations for a minimum of 3 months from December 1st to March 30th.
This home accommodates a family of 12 if children are included. It cannot host more than 10 adults. This applies 24/7.
The home features dual balconies with serene forest views, a large luxury hot tub on the first-floor balcony, and a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area perfect for family gatherings with large windows with beautiful views.. The primary bedroom has a luxurious bathroom with heated floors and a freestanding tub. Stay cool in summer with air conditioning and cozy in winter with a gas fireplace.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a Thermador oven and range with six burners, a griddle, a professional hood, and a French door KitchenAid refrigerator with a bottom freezer. The kitchen island seats four, and the adjacent dining room table accommodates seven.

Choose from nearby beaches like Thomas F. Reagan Beach, El Dorado Beach, and Lake Tahoe Harbor for boat and jet ski rentals.
Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
For stays of 30+ days, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.
