The Space:
This modern villa in Tenerife, located just above the town of Arona, offers a private paradise ideal for holiday rentals with breath-taking sea and mountain views. Peaceful and secluded, it accommodates 12 people across three bedrooms, with additional sleeping space provided by three bunk beds in a shared games room. This area also includes entertainment options such as a pool table, table tennis, table football and darts.
The outdoor area features a private heated pool surrounded by a spacious Astro-turf garden equipped with sun loungers, two recliner chairs, and a trampoline, making it a perfect sunbathing spot. Parking is ample and free outside the villa.
A standout feature is the well-equipped outdoor bar and kitchen area across from the pool, complete with a sound system, oven, microwave, barbecue, and sink. It's furnished with stools, a table, and chairs for alfresco dining, alongside a covered area with sofas and a hot tub, ideal for relaxation and social gatherings.
Inside, the villa offers a lounge with a large L-shaped sofa and poof, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a breakfast bar, tall fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Modern amenities like fast fibre WIFI internet and a Smart TV with multiple channels ensure entertainment and connectivity. Air conditioning throughout the villa adds to the comfort.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed; the master bedroom has a king-size double bed, ensuite bathroom, and terrace access. The other bedrooms feature two single beds each, with easy access to a second bathroom equipped with a bath and overhead shower. The 3rd bathroom is for the games room and garden and includes a shower.
The owner provides pool towels for the guests' convenience.
The villa is in a village which has 2 bars/restaurants and there is also a park for small children, but a car is really essential for staying in this villa.
Located conveniently, the villa is just a 10-minute drive from Siam Park, 15 minutes from Los Cristianos beach, and 25 minutes from Tenerife South airport, making it an excellent base for exploring the island while enjoying a luxurious stay.
