With timeless Mediterranean architecture, this stunning beachfront Villa hosts up to 20 people (16 adults and 4 children) across 8 bedrooms. Here you can experience some out-of-the-ordinary meals under its covered outdoor dining space, or unwind by the poolside bar stirring and mixing some sunset cocktails. Your booking also includes a cook and a full staff, all committed to taking care of you and your loved ones during your stay.
If you are feeling adventurous you can gear up and snorkel from the beach to the vibrant offshore coral reef, kayak around the bay or stroll around the area exploring the underground cenotes. And if you start feeling like you need some nightlife action, know that you are a quick drive away from Tulum and 40 minutes away from Playa del Carmen.
Please note that you may not bring outside staff into the property under any circumstances unless preauthorized by Maya Luxe.
Security Deposit Options:
1. A refundable damage deposit of $2,000USD in cash on arrival OR
2. A non-refundable insurance fee of $199 USD, payable by credit card prior to arrival
*Pricing is based on a per bedroom basis. Pricing for 12 guests - 6 bedrooms; 14 guests - 7 bedrooms and 16+ guests - 8 bedrooms.
**A 5% service charge will be added to the final booking amount
***Maximum capacity of 16 adults + 2 children (3-14yrs)* Children are an additional $50 USD per child per night + taxes
***For groups with more than 2 children (ages 3 - 14) an additional fee of $200 USD is applicable per booking
****Please be aware that, due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience the presence of naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year.
The entire villa is private to the group renting the property. Everything shown on the photos is completely private.
