Open the front door to an inviting living room with a seating area, flat screen TV, and abundant natural light. The dining room offers a table for six, and sliders to the pool area. The well-equipped kitchen features breakfast bar for two, and everything you need to cook your favorite recipes! Adjoining the kitchen is a family room with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV to watch the big games or enjoy your movie nights! A set of sliders welcome you to the sun-room with floor-to-ceiling sliders providing panoramic views of the lush scenery outside, perfect to sit back, and relax, allowing for a true Florida indoor/outdoor living experience!
Enjoy a “siesta” in the outdoor hammock, or make some S’mores by the fire pit after a fun-filled day at the beach! The home's highly desired split floor plan provides ample privacy for you and your guests. The primary bedroom is a welcome retreat with a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and sliders with access to the sun-room area. The en-suite bathroom is complete with a single vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV, and sliders to the lanai area. The third bedroom offers another queen bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a single vanity and a walk-in shower. Need an additional office space while you vacation with us? Not a problem! The primary bedroom in this home has a desk, able to transform into a fully functional home office, or for the children to do school homework, or creative artwork to take home! All linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The separate laundry area in the garage has a washer and dryer. This home has smart TVs and Wi-Fi. Beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella are also available in the garage - all for guests to use.
