Curated to give you all the bourbon-soaked southern feels, this is your place! Enjoy a stylish experience minutes from the premiere distilleries in the historic district of Kentucky's capital. Like a little nature with your bourbon? We're across the street from the Kentucky River and you are nestled into wooded hills within the city. The space is an homage to all things southern, this cozy and renovated historical building features full use of the upstairs unit.
No smoking or pets

The Space:
BATHROOMS: Two bathrooms on main floor. Full bathroom and a separate powder room with complimentary Nest amenities.

KITCHEN: Pull up to the bar seating while you make dinner or drinks in the newly renovated kitchen.

DINING/GAME ROOM: Have a drink while you compete at shuffleboard.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Seating for four, fire pit, nestled under tree cover.

RIVERFRONT: Pack a picnic and head across the street to the Kentucky riverfront.

Guest Access:
Guests enter up the stairs, to the right of the building. There are 18 outdoor steps to unit.
