This 8-room house has a total area of 200 square meters and is spread across two levels. The open large living/dining room is equipped with a dining table, TV, flat screen, and air conditioning. It has an exit leading to the terrace. There are two double bedrooms and one room with two beds on the same level as the living/dining area. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. It also has air conditioning. On this level, there are two showers/bidet/WC and gas heating, which is available only from November 1st to April 15th. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, has a living room with air conditioning and access to a balcony. It also features one double bedroom with air conditioning, one double bedroom with a single bed and air conditioning, and another room with two beds. This upper level has a bath/bidet/WC and a shower/bidet/WC, along with gas heating available during the specified period.
