This newly constructed home has three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, and a Smart TV to watch your favorite shows. It also includes an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is outfitted with a second king-size bed, a Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace. The third bedroom has a twin bunk bed, and a twin-size trundle bed. The closet is a mini-playroom with toys.
If you’re traveling with little ones, feel free to use the pack n’ play, high chair, Nerf wall, toys, bikes and scooters.
-- BATHROOMS --
There are two FULL bathrooms and one half bathroom. The first full one is attached to the master bedroom. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway between the second and third bedrooms. Both bathrooms include towels and essential toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner). The half bathroom is located on the first floor next to the entryway.
-- KITCHEN --
After exploring Bentonville, stop by the Walmart Neighborhood Market just around the corner and get ready to use the fully equipped kitchen to cook a family meal. Aside from all the kitchen basics, you’ll also find a rice cooker, an InstantPot, and a bubble waffle maker. If you’re traveling with young ones, there are kids' plates, bowls, and cups available for use in addition to a high chair.
Morning coffee is made easy with complimentary k-cups and tea.
When it comes time for enjoying your meals, you can head over to the beautiful wood dining table that seats six. Plus, extra seating at the kitchen bar. The open kitchen/dining area is perfect for morning chats, family meals and game night.

The living room is the first room you'll see when you enter the house. Spend your free time lazing on the large, cozy sectional, or watching a movie on the Smart TV. Fancy live music? Sit at the piano and play a tune.

Guests have access to the entire property, as well as the fenced-in backyard. Guests also have access to the garage and driveway.
