DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator:
- Kitchen open to the living room, perfectly equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, traditional oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, fondue and raclette sets. Wine cellar.
- Comfortable living room with TV, 1 sofa, 1 coffee table. WEST facing balcony with panoramic view of the mountains. Sun all afternoon, as well as in the evening to offer you a magnificent sunset.
- Dining area with a dining table, 8 chairs
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (2 people. 160 x 200 cm) with skylight
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (2 people. 160 x 200 cm)
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (2 people. 160 x 200 cm) with private shower room and WC. Television.

The rental price includes: bed linen and towels left in the apartment (2 towels per person per week), 1 cleaning kit (sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, cloth), cleaning at the end of the stay (except kitchen area and dishes) and 1 parking space. Satellite TV.
Access to the resort center by free public shuttles, at the foot of the slopes, and close to ski lifts.
Arrival: 5 p.m.
Departure: 10 a.m.
Deposit on site upon arrival and tourist tax in addition according to current rates.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
La Charmette is located 3 km from the shops and the center of Valmorel. Access to the resort is by car or by the free shuttle Valmobus.
In summer, this property is ideal for hikers. In winter, for ski enthusiasts and all lovers of our mountains.
