Jemima Lodge, a single-storey lodge, consists of a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, kettle, and toaster, a utility with washing machine, a dining room, and a sitting room with TV and a woodburning stove, one basket of fuel provided. Bedrooms consist of a double, double with en-suite shower room, and twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen are included in the rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed patio with furniture, hot tub, and private access to the lake and off-road parking for three cars. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.2 miles, lake 0.4 miles. Note: Lake behind property, please supervise children at all times. There is a good housekeeping bond for 350 pounds sterling. Please note the property only supplies hand and dish towels. One guest must be over the age of 25 years No stag, hen or similar parties allowed
